Kasalabs Ghana Ltd (part of AutomateGhana Ltd (UK)) ("Kasalabs", "we", "our", "us") operates the Kasabot ordering platform ("Kasabot", the "App"), which enables customers to browse menus, place delivery or pickup orders, and track order status with restaurants.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use Kasabot, including our website and PWA.

• Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email (if provided)
• Order data: items ordered, order value, special instructions
• Delivery data (delivery orders only): delivery address you provide
• Device and usage data: device type, browser, IP address, session info, app usage analytics
• Restaurant data: restaurant account details and menu data

• Process and track orders
• Provide order status and support
• Communicate order updates

6) Payments

Kasabot does not process payments. If you pay by mobile money or any third-party payment service, the payment occurs outside Kasabot. The restaurant confirms payment and we record the order status only.

We may share data with restaurants fulfilling your order and with service providers supporting hosting, analytics, and security. We do not sell your personal data.

8) Delivery

Delivery is handled solely by the restaurant. Kasabot does not provide delivery services.

9) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and accounting purposes. Analytics may be retained in aggregated form where possible.

We use industry-standard security measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect your data.

11) Your rights

Kasabot is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
