Terms and Conditions

1) Agreement to terms

By using Kasabot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) The service

Kasabot is a digital ordering platform that connects customers with restaurants for delivery or pickup.

3) User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use Kasabot.

4) Orders and fulfillment

• Restaurants are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders.
• Kasalabs facilitates the order and status tracking.
• Menu items, prices, availability, and estimated delivery times are provided by restaurants and may change without notice.

5) Payments

Kasabot does not process payments or collect money on behalf of restaurants. If mobile money or third-party payments are used, payment happens outside Kasabot. The restaurant confirms payment and we record the order status.

6) Refunds

Kasabot has no refund policy because we do not process payments. Any refund request must be handled directly by the restaurant and/or the external payment provider.

7) Delivery

Delivery is provided solely by the restaurant. Kasalabs is not responsible for delivery timing or quality.

8) User responsibilities

• Provide accurate order and contact details
• Use the App lawfully
• Do not abuse or attempt to disrupt the service

9) Prohibited use

• Attempt to access restricted parts of the App
• Misuse or reverse-engineer the service
• Submit fraudulent or abusive orders

10) Service availability

Kasabot is provided "as is" and may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11) Liability limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Kasalabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Restaurant performance, food quality, and delivery are the restaurant's responsibility.

12) Intellectual property

All content and trademarks belong to Kasalabs Ghana Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

15) Updates to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
